CaringBridge.org is a wonderful site where families who are experiencing medical trials can keep loved ones updated. It is totally free and very easy to use. A nurse in the NICU told me about it, and it was so helpful because I didn't feel the need to be on the phone all day updating people (as much as I loved that people cared, it was very overwhelming). Not to mention, writing the posts was very cathartic to me.
